It's a decent size and soft to the touch. It's a great buy. I bought this toy for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she loved it. You get a passcode to go online and visit a website where your child can obtain a virtual pet and play online.
My daughter who is 10 says: Playing with the pet online is ok but Webkinz is much better. She likes how the stuffed toy looks.
I just have to make sure that I am with them when they play with it online so I know what they are doing. You have to register online if you want to play with the online pet you have. I bought this for my friend's daughter and she loved it. I bought 2 other littlest pet shop for my kids. The codes are inside the tag.
